What if I never received my item?
 
EXTENDEDGROWTHOIL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave EXTENDEDGROWTHOIL facilities. If an item is stolen please contact your shipping carrier (Example- (USPS,FEDEX,DHL,UPS) We provide you with shipping carrier information, address,tracking information and date of delivery to help assist your lost/stolen package through the carrier.

What is your return policy?

EXTENDEDGROWTHOIL does not accept returns. 

What if my product is damaged?

If your order is damaged please email us at [email protected] Please include your name,tracking number and 2 pictures of the order. You will get an email back in 1-2 business days.
